Wow, it's raining today! Just a nice slow rain cleaning the air. The grass is so green we still have flowers blooming. It's hard to believe December 1st is just eleven days away. And that day is Julies birthday!!!

Matt & Julie have their house up for sale. Be praying for a buyer please. Matt will be coming down in January to start looking for work. Julie will follow as soon as the house sells. If it sells before January then they will all come down together.

I had a nice visit with Steven today, he has helped me apply for Disability and I just found out I've been approved. I'll find out more Monday.

Steve is enjoying his job finds it challenging but satisfying. Otherwise we are helping my mother every Thursday. She spends the day with me, this way she gets out of the house once a week and has someone to talk to for the whole day. She says she really likes it.

Stacie is home safe and sound. She enjoyed a winter storm which dropped 2 ft of snow.

I don't know how Steven and his girls are doing. I haven't heard from him since our long phone call. I hope all is well. If anyone hears from him please let me know how he is. It does a mom's heart good to know how her children are. It also leaves a big empty space in our hearts when our children no longer want their parents.

I suppose no one really reads this blog anymore but you can't blame me for trying!

Wow, time really goes by! Stacie has been in Colorado for the last week. She got there last Tuesday and it snowed the next 3 days. Over a foot of snow. She will be home today.
We are all doing pretty good, keeping busy. My Mom comes and spends they day with me every Thursday, we have fun.

Matt will be here in January to look for a job, so be praying for him! When they sell thier house they will move down here. I will love having my granddaughters near by again!

Steve is busy with his job. He is only working 40hrs a week right now so that gives him a 3 day weekend which he really likes, so so I! I think we have gotten use to Texas now I love the winters oh so much!!!! When Stacie was in the blizzard we were in the 70's so nice!

It is the end of September and the cold weather is making it's way in. I missed 2 days of swimming and hope tomorrow will be warmer so I can do my swimming. I am up to 40 laps each day my big goal is 75.
We are getting a membership at the local recreation center so I'll be able to swim indoors. Tat pool is 15ft longer than the pool at Chandler Creek. I hope I can still do the 40 laps.

Here is my art studio

I made my patio into my art studio and I love it. I enjoy painting and being able to paint year round outside is wonderful. I haven't painted in about 8 years but it's good to get back. I love flowers and painting them is fun for me. I hope I can get really good at it! You all are welcome to come visit my studio:)

I have two more tables to do. Stacie will do one of them when she gets back from her cruise. The table will look different when I add the grout and you'll have to wait to see it. I hope to work on some watercolor painting in the meantime. We'll see how that turns out!
