News Update

Well, this week has been a good one both Steve and I have lost more weight. I'm at 19.6 lbs and Steve has lost 20 big ones!!!! He is looking so great! We are still going strong no discouragements yet. I know they will come but we are really helping each other. I'll put a picture of him up as soon as my camera gets here. I ordered it online so it takes a little longer.

Wow, I am so glad you wrote a comment on my blog!!! This is great, I am having so much fun doing this. It is much easier for me, I don't have two little boys to take care on top of a full time job. I just have a full time job and one boy to take care of and he is pretty easy to care for:) Most of the time he is taking care of me.

And when we move you will probably see more of us because we won't have to choose between going to Texas or Minnesota. We just have a straight shot up north, its I35 all the way! Steve is hoping we will be able to make it back there a couple times a year.

We are still sooo busy fixing the house up to sell but it is coming along. There will be pictures soon.

Just Me & My Honey

It's Wednesday and we are finishing the spare bedroom. I want it nice for when Sally & Williw get here. Sounds like we will be very busy that we but we have been pretty busy since we got back from Texas in June.

I heard from my granddaughter the other day. Melody is having a fund raiser at her school and she wanted me to buy something. Oh well, I'm a sap when it comes to my granddaughters, you guessed it I bought some hazelnut coffee. $12.00 bucks for 8 oz. It goes for a good cause and besides I was the first to order something so that made me special in her eyes, always a good thing!! I just hope it tastes good.

Well, I've told all my kids about this blogsite but so far only Julie has responded. I wonder what my other kids think of it! Eric checked it out to and hopefully more of the family will visit it. feel free to leave coments whenever you would like.

Hello, today is Steve's golf day. He is golfing at Riverview Golf Course. He just plays nine holes because it gets dark to soon. I usually take it easy while he is gone. The house is very quite, we don't even have a pet anymore.

We are going to finish the spare bedroom when he gets home. The place is looking good I just hope we find a buyer. I'm getting a new camera so I'll put more pictures up on the site soon. Show you some of the house.

Twin Smiles

Wow, I never realized how much their smiles are alike! This is my sister Sally and you already met my Mom, Lee. They are doing what Mom does everyday, sitting out front watching the people go by. You can tell by my Moms tan. I guess you could call it a Texas tan.

Oh, I forgot to introduce Lola, Lisa little baby, At least she thinks she is a real baby. Lola is the smallest member of the family. I'm sure Bryan's new little girl is probaby taller:) She was 22 inches when she was born, a tall little girl!

News Update

So far Steve & I are tied, we have both lost fifteen pounds. That's not to bad for only two weeks.

Painting, Painting, and more Painting!

Steve and I have been painting the house all morning. It is really looking good. Steve will put the new doors on this afternoon, just as soon as the paint dries. We have more painting to do before putting the house on the market, the kitchen has some touch-up to do.

Sally & Willie will be here the end of the month! They are coming up to help get the house ready to sell, what wonderful people they are!!! We will be finishing the down stairs bathroom and bedroom.

We really would like to have the house sold by the end of the year. So we need the Lords help with the housing market the way it is. It is a wonderful place in the country so hopefully that will be a plus.

Well, I better get back to work, you guessed it, more painting! I'll be back later.

Well, Here I am as big as ever but I'm on my way down in pounds. Steve & I are working hard to loose the unwanted stuff. to be continued...

Here are 2 of the most beautiful girls in the world. Cherise & Kylee (the lee part of her name is after my mother and me!). These two girls are a very big part of my heart. Don't they just look pretty?

Hopefully, I'll have better pictures soon. This Blog site is just about Steve and I the kids will be added sometimes but mostly it's just the two of us and whatever is happening.

Well, Steve and I are on a new adventure. It's living on our own and boy are we liking it. We are sweethearts all over again. The kids all have thier own places now and we are living in a giant of a house. That's one reason why we want to sell it, it's just to big for the two of us.

I'm looking forward to moving and finding what lies ahead for us. For one thing, I hope the Lord will give us a wonderful church to become part of. For another we are going to try renting a fancy apartment. No more house and yard upkeep, yippy!
